Mama Restore is a nutritional therapy and stress management program designed to give new mothers the tools, support, and guidance needed in order to recover their energy, tackle stress, and feel at ease in their many roles of parent/partner/employee/etc.

It is a unique 3-month experience that blends 1:1 coaching with self-guided video education. Using nutritional therapy as a guide, we work together to uncover the areas in your body that need the most support and create a nutrition protocol specific to you.

Based on my years of experience taming my own stress, I also provide a framework for setting boundaries and developing self-care practices that work for you. One of the hardest lessons we all learn is that in order to take care of others you first have to take care of yourself.

During the program we work through 6 focus areas that are vital to becoming the energetic parent you envisioned when you were pregnant: purpose, sleep, nutrition & supplements, stress, movement, and finally detox. This list can feel overwhelming but with slow and steady progress mixed with lots of support, you will get there.
