Before having kids, meal planning was actually fun—I could spend hours in the kitchen crafting elaborate dishes. However, life got way more complex once my kids started on solids. With little free time and two kids who couldn’t have more different tastes, I quickly realized I needed a new approach

That’s where my Anti-Meal Planning method comes in. It’s all about flexibility and simplicity, creating a few key meals each week based on what we enjoy, and then getting inventive with leftovers and whatever’s in our fridge and pantry.
