Ellie joined my four-month Nutritional Therapy program already doing so many things right. She had solid habits, consistent training, and a strong foundation, which made her such a fun challenge in the best possible way. Together, we focused on small but strategic tweaks based on her lab work, dialing in inflammation markers, supporting her mental clarity, and refining how she approached food and fitness. What I loved most about working with Ellie was watching the lightbulb moments happen. She showed up to every session curious and engaged, and over time she shifted from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. That ownership and confidence in her own body is exactly the goal of this work, and I could not be more proud of her.

“Before working with Amber, I felt like I was doing everything “right”, eating clean and exercising consistently, but I was still stuck. I struggled with fatigue and brain fog, and I couldn’t lose weight despite being active. I was tracking some blood markers and, with a family history of autoimmune issues and cancer, I wanted to be proactive. My traditional doctor wasn’t offering much beyond “everything looks normal”, and I knew something still felt off.

Amber was such a relief. She helped me understand my labs and inflammation markers in a way that actually made sense, and she gave me practical next steps that did not feel extreme or overwhelming. She is honest, grounded, and truly meets you where you are instead of prescribing a rigid plan.
The biggest shifts for me have been clarity and consistency. My brain fog is gone, my energy is steady throughout the day, and I can clearly see patterns. For example, when I eat gluten, I feel swollen the next day, especially in my hands, and the brain fog returns. Instead of feeling frustrated, that awareness feels empowering. It is also such a relief to actually have energy in the afternoon.
What surprised me most was how much my mindset shifted. This was not intimidating or about cutting out everything I love. It was realistic and sustainable. I developed a healthier relationship with both food and my body, and a deeper appreciation for each.
Because of that, I have built routines that genuinely make me feel good and that I am actually excited to maintain. On days when life is stressful or things do not go as planned, I do not spiral. I know I can reset the next day and keep going with grace instead of guilt.
And honestly, I genuinely enjoyed the process. I finally feel like I understand my body instead of fighting it.”
