This is my go-to because it’s so flexible – you can easily tweak it to fit your macros.
Here’s what you need:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use Paleovalley’s unflavored bone broth protein)
- 5g flaxmeal
- 5g chia seeds
Add water, then microwave for 2-3 minutes.
After it’s cooked, mix in:
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop peanut butter powder (I do 13 grams)
Top it off with Greek yogurt, berries, nuts – whatever you’re feeling!
