I’ve been working on different recipes for my Ninja Creami, and let me tell you, I’m obsessed. I haven’t quite perfected my protein ice cream recipe yet, but I’m getting close! In the meantime, smoothies have been my go-to for a quick, nutrient-packed meal or snack.
Here’s my current favorite recipe:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Bean Just Ingredients Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup of frozen wild blueberries
- a handful of spinach
- 6-8 ounces of coconut water.
The only thing that would make this smoothie better is if my kids actually liked smoothies…
