I’ve been working on different recipes for my Ninja Creami, and let me tell you, I’m obsessed. I haven’t quite perfected my protein ice cream recipe yet, but I’m getting close! In the meantime, smoothies have been my go-to for a quick, nutrient-packed meal or snack.
Here’s what’s inside:
Shredded chicken (I bake seasoned chicken breasts at 400 for 20-30 minutes, then shred in my stand mixer)
Lettuce (any type will do)
White rice (I use frozen to make it easy)
Hummus
Olives
Pickled onions
Feta (We always use dairy-free feta from Violife)
Olive & Vinegar dressing (or whatever is your favorite)
