I first met Connie when she was 1 year postpartum with her son and struggling. She didn’t love how she felt in her body and was concerned by what her blood markers were indicating. We embarked on three months of nutritional therapy where she began the hard work of building new habits. These habits would carry her through some of the most stressful life events a person can face. I was honored when she chose to continue with my Annual plan, ensuring she had the right supports in place during those tough times. And wow, not only did she make it through, but she also thrived. Over the past year, Connie has completely reinvented herself, and I am continually in awe of her dedication and hard work.

“I first met and decided to work with Amber when I had a 1 year old and noticed that my body wasn’t really doing what I was hoping it would do. I was tired all the time, had a lot of inflammation, and was not getting the results I wanted despite exercising frequently. At the time I didn’t realize that my marriage was falling apart around me and I had no idea how to deal with the stress or how to take care of myself. After some really traumatic events, I decided to re-engage with Amber and prioritize caring for myself so I could be the best person I could be for my son.
Amber and I ran labs and summarized a lot of my issues. She not only started me on supplements I badly needed, but gave me strategies and great advice for how I could take care of myself despite the overwhelming amount of stressors in my life. Her wisdom always made me feel like any step forward, no matter how small, mattered. After some ruthless prioritization, we were able to come up with a healthy game plan together.
I went from being overweight, tired, inflamed, and insulin sensitive to being someone who glows in her skin. The game plan was easy to follow and I was able to develop a sense of discipline that made me stick to it. I lost 25 pounds, have more energy to go on adventures with my son, run races, and don’t stress about what I eat anymore because I know what works for me and am able to stick to it. I feel completely unrecognizable inside and out. I’m so grateful for all that I’ve learned!”
