I met Stephanie several years ago in a life coaching/mastermind group (before I even started my business). We got to be each other’s accountability buddy, helping cheer the other on when things felt tough and celebrating our wins. Stephanie just got me, she also had two small kiddos at the time and we bonded on a lot of levels. As you can imagine, I was so excited when she reached out looking for support on her health journey. She started the Mama Restore program feeling bloated and tired, unable to get herself to do the things that she thought would help. Like with all my clients, we started by digging into her data (labs, health history, and food journal) and uncovered several areas of opportunity that could be quick wins. After a couple of months of hard work Stephanie was feeling much better, her bloat was gone and energy started to return. Like she mentions below, a lot of life happened during her program, but she stuck it out. Part of the journey is learning how to move through life’s down moments while still supporting your physical health, and Stephanie nailed it. I’m so proud of her hard work!

“I began working with Amber for a couple of different reasons. I had never had comprehensive lab work done and was curious about learning more about my hormone and blood levels. Learning that she had options to also test for and analyze food sensitivities and to do GI-Map gut health testing was an added bonus.
The second reason I wanted to work with Amber was to troubleshoot recurring digestive issues and abdominal bloating. As we started working together, we identified the culprit of the digestive issues and quickly (and naturally) took care of that! Also, in my time working with Amber, I underwent several life changes and experienced different stressors in different areas. Amber helped me to manage my stress levels with recommended supplements and adaptogens and held space with compassion and understanding as I worked through those things.
Her holistic and functional approach is an added bonus to help understand and balance physical issues related to hormones, digestion, and nutrition.”
