A smarter, simpler first step toward feeling your best. You’ll get real data through functional lab testing, a personalized protocol built from your results, and 1:1 guidance to help you start making meaningful progress.
You’ve been to the doctor, you’ve run the labs, and despite feeling like something is wrong, you were told that everything is “normal” and given some generalized advice. Only you don’t feel normal; you continue to struggle with things like gut issues, irregular cycles and consistent (and stubborn) weight gain.
It’s so frustrating to hear nothing is wrong from doctors, and yet it has happened to so many of my clients. With Nutritional Therapy, I’ll never write your symptoms off as just “part of life”, because I believe you deserve to feel better than normal, you deserve to feel your best.
Get to the root of your health struggles with a data-driven approach that combines functional lab testing and a detailed assessment of your symptoms and lifestyle. From there, we’ll create a personalized protocol with recommendations tailored to your unique needs so you can start implementing real, lasting change.
I'm Ready for This
Using both your blood work and your current symptoms, I’ll identify where your body may need extra support. With that insight, I’ll build a customized protocol to guide you as you work on:
During this data-gathering phase, you’ll complete your blood work, fill out my intake form and nutritional assessment questionnaire (a detailed survey of your symptoms), and record 3–4 days in your food and mood journal.
Once your lab results are in, I’ll review them alongside your assessment forms and food and mood journal to create your personalized protocol. Your lab data helps me identify specific nutrient needs and determine which supplements will best support your body. You’ll then receive your complete plan and we’ll meet for a 60-minute call to review your results, walk through your protocol, and answer any questions so you can move forward with confidence.
With your personalized recommendations and supplements in hand, you’ll have everything you need to take action. The data from your blood work and the insights in your protocol give you the clarity and direction to start moving toward your health goals with confidence.
If you have big health goals and are ready to put in the work, you may be invited to continue with a 4- or 6-month coaching package after your initial evaluation. This is ideal for clients who move through the evaluation with ease but know they’d benefit from ongoing accountability and guidance while implementing their plan.
Coaching includes a 45-minute call each month, 1:1 messaging support between calls, access to three coaching modules inside your program, and a continued 25% supplement discount through Fullscript.
Coaching packages are reserved for clients who are highly motivated and ready to take their progress to the next level.

The Nutritional Therapy Initial Evaluation is $749.
This includes your comprehensive blood work panel, personalized analysis and protocol, a 60-minute call to go over your lab results and deliver your protocol, and a step-by-step onboarding program to make sure you get the most out of your results.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
This program is perfect if you want real answers, expert insight, and a clear plan—without committing to a long-term program upfront. It’s ideal if you’re ready to get clarity on what’s going on in your body, want personalized direction, and are motivated to take action toward your health goals.
This program also is such a great starting point if you're unsure about nutritional therapy and just want to "dip your toes" in first. The price point makes it highly accessible and the value you receive for a small time frame commitment is unreal! It is also highly customizable. If you decide you need accountability and a solid coaching program, we can add that on along with further lab testing if needed.
While this program doesn’t require a 4–6 month commitment, there are still a few steps involved.
After you enroll, you’ll be walked through each step of the onboarding process which includes: signing the program agreement, filling out my intake paperwork and the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, logging 3-4 days of information in the Food & Mood Journal, scheduling your blood panel testing and after having your blood work done, scheduling that initial evaluation with me. Once your results are in, I'll be reviewing everything and developing your personalized protocol!
Typical timeline: about 3–5 weeks from payment to protocol delivery, depending on how quickly you complete the onboarding steps and lab testing.
After your call, you’ll have a personalized protocol and clear next steps to move forward with.
If having the plan for just knowing what to do was the biggest issue, then you're all set! But if you find that you need accountability and 1:1 coaching to find better strategies for accomplishing your health goals and a deeper level of support, then adding 4 or 6 months of coaching may be an option as well.
Additional lab testing is also available as an add-on to your program and will be invoiced separately if you choose that route.
Yes — the Nutritional Therapy Initial Evaluation can be a great, straightforward starting point during pregnancy or postpartum. However, if you’re looking for more comprehensive support during the postpartum period, my Mama Restore Program may be a better fit!
This is why you will want to "apply to work with me" first! I'll review your application, set up a free consultation call and we can discuss what program may be the best fit for you depending on your specific goals (and I also have customizable program options too).
Adding on coaching is going to be a mutual decision! If you’re highly engaged during the Initial Evaluation process and ready to make deeper, long-term changes, coaching may be a great next step!
After the initial evaluation is completed, I will be selectively offering coaching add-ons to clients who show strong follow-through, excitement, and commitment during the evaluation. Think of it as an option for “high-achievers” who have big-time goals and are ready for more personalized, long-term support to get there.
