I first met Audrea at a speaking event I was doing for Austin Doula Care, and I remember thinking right away that she was someone I would love to work with. She was incredibly motivated to feel her best, not just for herself, but for her family too. After her second baby was born, she joined my Mama Restore program, and we got to work.
What I loved most about working with Audrea was watching her continue to show up for herself through a year that included surgery, illness, setbacks, injuries, and all the unpredictability that comes with raising young children. Our work was never really about finding the perfect plan. It was about building habits, rewiring old thought patterns around food and health, and learning how to keep moving forward even when life wasn’t making it easy.
By the end of our time together, her confidence wasn’t coming from motivation or willpower. It came from proving to herself, over and over again, that she could do hard things. The physical results were incredible, but the real transformation was learning to trust herself and realizing that healthy choices could feel natural instead of forced.

“When I started working with Amber, I was newly postpartum with my second baby, exhausted, overwhelmed, facing hernia surgery, and honestly didn’t even know where to start. I wanted to feel better, but everything felt intimidating and impossible to balance.
Over the last year, Amber was there with me through some really hard seasons. Surgery, sickness, stress, setbacks, body changes, hormones, all of it. There were so many moments where I would’ve normally spiraled or given up, but she never let me believe I was failing. Her belief in me and her constant reminder that this was about rewiring habits, not being perfect, slowly helped me start believing it about myself too.
The biggest surprise honestly wasn’t even the weight loss or improved labs. It was realizing that feeling good doesn’t have to come from perfection. It came from consistency, learning how to support myself, and giving myself permission to do things differently.
Before, every healthy choice felt like a conversation or argument with myself. Now it just feels natural.”
